Unless a specific preferred delivery time is indicate in the customer's order form, gift items will be delivered by 8pm on the requested day of delivery.
If there is any expected delay in delivery, we will inform our customers either through email or contact information provided by the customer.
Payment Processing
5. Payment methods accepted are via bank transfers, cheque deposit to bank account and PayPal Invoicing. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please note that there will be a 4% fee (borne by sutomer) for payments via Credit Card thru PayPal, and 7 working days are required for payments to take effect.
For cheque payments, please allow two working days for cheques to be cleared.
6. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all transactions are automatically processed.
Confirmation of Orders
7. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 12hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.
Cancellation of Orders
8. We regret to inform that once an order has been created and is ready for delivery, we will not be able to entertain any cancellation of orders. As a guide, we would advise that customers give us a notice of at least 12 hours if payment has already been made.
Exchange & Refunds
9. The diaper cake / towel cake must be returned, exhanged or refunded as a whole. No part of the diaper cake / towel cake, or individual item found in the diaper cake / towel cake may be exchanged or refunded, unless found to be damaged or defective due to an error on the part of stubbornsnails.
10. Any returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items on the part of stubbornsnails. Defective or damaged items are defined as any item that fell apart or are ruined during delivery and arrives at a customer's doorstep in an unsatisfactory condition.
If a customer wishes to return their diaper cake / towel cake, they will need to contact us within two days of receiving the diaper cake / towel cake. The diaper cake / towel cake or defective / damaged item must be returned in its original and unopened packaging to guarantee a return. Items must be in its new, unused, unwashed and unopened condition. If items are found to be used, damaged or defective at no error on our part, customers will not be entitled to a refund.
If an exchange is required, customers will need to contact us within two days of receiving the diaper cake / towel cake as well. Customers are only able to exchange a diaper cake / towel cake to one of equal or higher value, and will be required to make the payment for the difference in value (if any) before they will receive their new diaper cake / towel cake. The diaper cake / towel cake must be returned in its original and unopened packaging to guarantee an exchange. Damaged / defective items must be in its new, unused, unwashed and unopened condition. If items are found to be used, defective or damaged at no error on our part, exchanges will not be allowed.
11. No returns / refunds / exchanges will be given on urgent orders that require lesser time than our normal construction time, unless it is defective or damaged on the part of stubbornsnails.
12. stubbornsnails reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our cakes and gift items.
